My name is Jaz, and I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over 9 years.
In that time I’ve transformed bodies, helped clients lose 30+ kgs, toned tummies, lifted booties and supported countless women to live a happier and healthier lifestyle.
I started my business after a year living overseas where I gained weight and started to hate my body.
You see, I was unhappy with all aspects of my life. After starting training and researching nutrition my whole world changed. I got my confidence back, my body back and most of all felt positive again.
I suddenly had a lightbulb moment...
What if I created a lifestyle that helped other women become fit, healthy and confident too?
And so the Live Laugh Lunge Lifestyle was born.
Now I feel blessed to spend my days showing women how to become toned and fabulous with just a few simple steps.
With all my programs I look at a ‘whole body approach’.
As a qualified Health Coach I have the expertise to combine nutrition with your Personal Training sessions setting me apart from other trainers and coaches.

✓ I currently own 2 successful business of my own and am part owner in 2 other business, I truly believe without waking up at 5am daily + making my fitness & health a priority there is no way I could manage this.
It's crazy busy every day and I need to be at my peak constantly, mentally and physically to manage the workload and sometimes stressful situations.
